The project above is a third year task from my advanced program, in which I was tasked to create a short animation/motion graphic video displaying a random fact. This is intended to be a simple yet fun exercise in taking a specific task (fun fact) and turning it into an engaging video.
Above is a third year project, in which the whole program of students were tasked to redesign a section of the school (Dental, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy Centre). As a part of the redesigning, a video was requested promoting the centre using fun graphics and information from the graduate program (for both students and customers of the clinic). The clinic was rebranded and this was my outcome for the promotional advertising!
The project above was a digital illustration task, in which I draw and illustrate a graphic to go along with a quote and then animate/create a motion graphic video of chosen quote/graphic. I chose to use a famous quote from a John Green novel "Looking for Alaska" and created the digital illustration in photoshop. The top image is the still of the illustration, and below is the animation video.
